l10_in_payroll:
* Add new chart of account for the
- Partnership / Private Company
- Public company
* Add four different tax
- Sales Tax
- Service Tax
- Vat
- Excise duty
* Add new file for account_multi_chart_wizard.py, installer.py also add the
xml file for chart
of account and for the Tax.
