Description changed to: Hello, Fixed the issue of survey from hr_recruitment, here context was not passed so by_default field with 0 was coming as a result of overwritten fields_view_get. Note : The issue is only generated in web. Demo :- Install module hr_recruitment -> Human Resources -> Recruitment -> Applicant -> create/edit record -> click on answer button. Result :- The result will be filed with 0. Expected :- There should be survey which we have defined Job Position. Reason :- The issue is that from web when if goes to evaluate context, so there will be problem in expr_eval as there is no response field shown on the form view, hence just shown the response field in the form view.
