Your patch shows that we can not consider those type of stock move which have a source and destination location are same. Here we create a quotation from "OP" then it will creates a two stock move. 1) supplier -> stock 2) stock -> stock and move_ids fetch the all stock move id even those have source and destination are same. But your patch will fix it.
