Hello ,
i have checked this issue at my end. in this i got that when we use the right
pane (more) then the request from web for ir.actions.act_window comes with
'lang': 'en_US' not with the our selected language (i.e 'lang': 'fr_BE' ).
so i am transferring this issue in web.

Customers>customers
Select a customer then click a link like invoices on the right panel
The screen is not translated
