Hello AL, This all changes are very old and not based on current code. Regarding this all fixes, So it's all in new branch like name as, https://code.launchpad.net/~openerp-dev/openerp-web/trunk-import-csv
And now XMO working on this to based on server side changes. This proposed branch is not useful for the current trunk web. So, i am going to Reject this and after concern with VJA, will delete this branch too.
