this was not proper solution..and as per @odo comment in bug, This is unfortunately a limit of the OpenERP framework , and we can't implement a clean solution for this. If we extend the OpenERP framework to better support creating sibling records and linking them in the future, we might be able to improve this, so i am rejection your merge proposal. Thanks.
