why you change the argument of the method ? i think this problem due to while method call from recruitment.py method. can you please check line : 402 in recruitment.py ? put address_id = applicant.partner_id._model.address_get(cr,uid,[applicant.partner_id.id],['contact'])['contact'] instead of address_id = applicant.partner_id.address_get(['contact'])['contact']. so i rejected this mp.
