Title:
No None values allowed using XML/RPC(S)
Status in OpenERP GTK Client:
Confirmed
Bug description:
None values received by or created in the GTK client can not be
communicated to the OpenERP server using XML/RPC, either in secure
mode or not. Using NETRPC within the same client, or using the
webclient causes no problems whatsoever.
It can be argued that None is not standard in XML/RPC communication,
hence the optional flag. However, the client is custom built for
OpenERP. It should *just work*. No unexpected bugs must be triggered
by switching protocols within the same client.
Attached a patch to fix the problem.
