* I'll have to look into correctly checking default filters, not sure why they're not checked * I don't really see the problem with the last one, they're kind-of sort-of different things, I wouldn't expect my search to change when I delete a custom filter and it means we "do the right thing" when somebody wants to override/improve an existing filter and deletes the old one first (it's not necessary, but why not).
