Below issue are fixed.
* Selection Placeholder: Blank dropdown without label for the selection of
taxes, add placeholder "Taxes...".
* Total field: if you enter a string you get a traceback ("... is not a correct
float"),
it should not be a traceback but a warning/constraint message
* Make easy to add button in 'oe_list_buttons' section. So if create is not
their we can add import button.
