  too many steps to create a purchase order

Bug description:
  trunk web :

a purchase order creation ( new PO in Purchase / Purchase Management / Purchase 
Orders) should have same behavior than in GTK client. There are some 
difference, fix it in web client : 
- in the destination field (location_id form the "Delivery & Invoicing" tab) 
set as default "Stock". 
- if a partner without contact address is selected, the user has to create an 
address from the address field, but once he saves, the pop-up closes itself but 
the field stay empty. The user has to select again an address. this field 
should be filled once the user has saved the new address
