no menu in some pages which come at the end of a flow

Bug description:
in web client (trunk). at the end of a flow, it happens that a form opens
itself (overlapping the current form) without menu bar.
Example :
1) install CRM and Sale (convert to quote)
2) create an Opportunity
3) convert the opportunity to quote
4) create the quotation (from the wizard)
=> the wizard which was previously a popup become a web page and few second
later, the quotation is open without menu.
