Today i re-update the system and create a new DB but problem persists. Is a problem of module or web client?

I go to contact and click new, I insert my contact data (only name/surname for ex.), when I click on save button I have the "saving message" but seem to be working. After a minute I click on a menù link and I have the message that alert me that record is not save. I click ok, return on contact menu and I see 2 records inserted.
