Problems adding contact to partner with base_contact

Bug description:
Hi,
OpenERP RC1 yet downloaded with bzr, ubuntu 10.4. base_contact module installed
When I open a partner that have only name / surname and no address object
fileds, if I try to add a contact click "new" button, the form still refreshing
trying to open a new line in contact section. For now I resolved putting, for
ex. the select field "function" in address block (for ex. "invoice" or
"default" address function), after that, when I click new I get the line in job
block and I can insert contact.
