Actions management doesn't reload backing content when it doesn't get any
information.

Bug description:
trunk, web, firefox, mrp
in manufacturing order form view (from
Manufacturing/Manufacturing/Manufacturing Orders), the "consumed products"
board is not loaded after the production
To reproduce :
- go to a production order form view (e.g. : MO/00005)
- click "Start production"
- click "Produce"
- a popup appears
- click "Confirm"
- the popup is closing
Trouble : --> nothing has changed in the form => F5 => product move from
"Product to consume" to "Consumed Product
as in gtk, once the production is confirmed, products should automatically move
from "Product to consume" to "Consumed Product
