I confirmed, its working fine.
I did same steps as you describe.
- Created db without demo data, french language.
- Installed sales,
- Created sale order and inserted new product line also without error.
Please check with updated code if any mistake.

trouble with m2o with context and/or domain

Bug description:
create a db in french and without demo data (or maybe another laguage),
install sales application and then, try to cretae a sale order. In product
line, if you try to add a product, a popup appears with "undefined".
