The new API has been merged in the server, and the generic password-alteration fields (and wizards) have been removed from the corresponding view.
As a result, there is currently no way to for a user change a password in the web client (as the new API has yet to be implemented there) if he isn't an administrator. If you create a new database with the latest server trunk (revno 3218/revid [email protected]) you should not have a way to change passwords from the Preferences dialog. -- https://code.launchpad.net/~openerp-groupes/openobject-client-web/fix_change_password/+merge/44789 Your team OpenERP SA's Web Client R&D is requested to review the proposed merge of lp:~openerp-groupes/openobject-client-web/fix_change_password into lp:openobject-client-web. _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~openerp-dev-web Post to : [email protected] Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~openerp-dev-web More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
