Navrang Oza (Open ERP) (noz-tiny) has assigned this bug to you for OpenObject
Web Client:
When you are not the admin user, you should not see the customize section in
the right toolbar.
Manage Views, Edit Workflow, Customize Objects must be accessible for admin
only, I tested on demo.openerp.com and it's accessible to demo user too. I
think that "translate" must also be only for admins.
