Notebooks refuse to hide first tab even when its invisible attr
activates

Bug description:
Revno 4321
On Cash Register list, create a new one.
On account/account_view.xml:2563, attrs="{'invisible':
[('state','=','draft')]}" for the 'Cash Transactions' tab but this tab
is displayed on the view when it doesn't.
