A simple testcase with official addons: with CRM installed, open a
close/cancelled Lead, and try to click on the "Convert to opportunity" button
on top-right of the form. It should fail to open the wizard because
default_get() raises an exception (coming from view_init()). The opening of the
wizard should be aborted and the error message should be displayed.
It works in GTK indeed.
