Effectively, the popup was blocked. Anyway, it's still a usability
issue. Some popup are blocked but not all of them...

"Manage views -> Edit" does not work in Google Chrome

Bug description:
When I click "Manage views -> Edit", it closes the frame but doesn't open the
new window for edition.
Issue with Google Chrome.
