Procurement Request is not populating UOM

Bug description:
version 6.0.1 web client
Select any product then click action "Procurement Request"
"Unit of Measure" is not populated with a default. (Is always blank)
GTK Client functions correctly and populates with the product's
default "Unit of Measure"
