I have tested this bug scenario at my end.
And confirming on the basis of following issue:
--> Particular project have same state, same user although all task are not
displaying in Gantt view.
--> I have also checked that there is no any domain or constrain pass for
filtering those records.

Module Project
Displpay all tasks in a list view
Then select only a few tasks (for the same ser or the same project)
Then display the Gantt view : it shows all tasks and not only the one that
were selected in the list view
