Client:
in list view with a lot of record, you want to delete 4 records. You
select the first, the "delete" button appears in the top of the list.
you select the second record, the button disappears, you select the
third it appears again.
It does the same thing than if you check and uncheck the same record. if
you select more than 1 record, the delete should stay
