Hello this happens with 6.0.1 bot on Firefox 3 or Chrome at least.
When you try to answer a survey (survey module + demo installed),
randomly, at the beginning or during the survey, instead of the question
you get a panel with "Your messages" (see attached screenshot), while
the same works perfectly using the GTK client.
