Yes default is not creating problem. Problem at context reloading when login 
with demo user then directly open Helpdesk and Support. This time call execute 
from action and when evaluate context it stuck.

Yes you are right issue is not `default`, and no need to pass context at 
execute method. 
I have change the code as per your review. Please check again and if i am wrong 
tell me.
