  Categories field in Partner list view has no effect

Bug description:
  Steps to reproduce:
    1) Load a database containing Partners in Partner Categories (the 
demonstration data works fine for this; I will assume you're using that from 
here on in).
    2) Navigate to the Customers view (Sales > Address Book > Customers).
    3) Enter "gold" into the Categories field and press Search.

  There is no effect on the display.

    4) Enter "asu" into the Name field (having first cleared the Categories 
field), and press Search.  You will see a single result, ASUStek.
    5) Enter anything into the Categories field and press Search.

  There is no effect on the display.

  Expected behaviour:
    Filtering based on the Categories field.  This does work in the GTK client, 
so I believe it to be a web client issue.

  Versions:
    6.0.1 for server, web client and GTK client.
