don't see any shortcut but they already extist

Bug description:
(trunk and v6, chrome and firefox, all module installed)
by default, in web client, i should see in shortcut : "Customer",
"Product", "Meeting", "Employee" (employee group access) and
"Reconfigure" (for admin)
Sometimes i don't see any shortcut, sometimes, i see only Customer and
Reconfigure, sometimes. If i try to add product as shortcut i got a
message "Shortcut for this menu already exists"
