Downloading attached files with bad name, if !=En

Bug description:
Hello,
I have openerp-web-6.0.2 and I use FireFox 3.5.
When I try download file from web-client, I click to link:
"http://fawn.net.les:8081/openerp/attachment/get?record=1";
I test with En name and Russian(Cyrillic) name, in second test, they
give my file with name "get"
