Bugs in nested notebooks

Bug description:
1. put a notbook with 4 tabs on partnerform
2. call the partnerform -> the first tab of the second notbook is not
active(1.Bug)
3. select the second tab of nested notbook
4. skip to next partnerrecord -> this acivate and shows the second tab of the
parent notbook (2.Bug)
