I think there is issue of installed software and hardware environment with your
personal computer.
There is no any blocking point because of installed web client.
So For now I am converting the bug to "Invalid".
Please check your hardware and software installation environment of your
own PC.

openerp-web CPU Usage Leaks
Status in OpenERP Web Client:

Bug description:
With openerp-web idle (not any connections, not any logins) python (via
openerp-web) takes 2% of the CPU Usage (see the screenshot).
The machine is IDLE with only Open ERP Installed and running (and postgresql
of course)
