The Interview Question in HR Evaluation Module do not work in WebClient
Interface but works only in GTK Client Interface.
No question appears in the new window, just a text field with 0.
The context for the said button that focuses in the survey_id cannot be
read by the system. Please do check this bug for we are planning to
implement the said module as soon as possible using the WebClient
Interface.
