Olivier (Open ERP) (olt) has assigned this bug to you for OpenERP Server:
Steps:
* create a new db with no modules except 'base'
* add a custom field on 'res.partner.address' model
* install 'crm_sale' module (we need 'crm.lead' which inherit
'res.partner.address')
* stop server and do an "update all"
* the custom field now exists in ir_model_fields for 'crm.lead' model but the
column does not exist in 'crm_lead' table
