Yes you can. That's database replication. You can do it at PG level with
a number of tools. Check this page:

What I proposed was a more generic integration strategy. When all you
want is to scale, replication is fine. When your environment is not
homogeneous (inter-company instances, or when integrating with different
applications), eventually you'll have to parse the data to suit your
needs and messing with SQL logs is a PITA.
One example is the PO/SO integration. You need to parse the incoming
"Sales Order" message to construct a "Purchase Order". For such use
case, SQL log transfer is not the way to go.
