I think the way that dashboard views are currently handled (with
ir.ui.view.custom) is strange.
(There is some board specific code in the base module, " if
model=='board.board' ..." that i think should be reviewed)
Also, it makes it impossible to update board views in module xml files
without deleting the board view first.
