Title: hr_evaluation : survey of employee is not able to being done and allows unlimited no. of time to answer Status in OpenERP Addons (modules): Fix Committed Bug description: when i answered a survey for evaluation and complete survey it should be in done state and should not allow me answer again but after completing survey it does not change the state and allowing me to answer again and again.
