Hello Vishal, I installed "wiki_sale_faq" module. and i am succefully create document record .you did not get point. you are totally wrong .your concept is not clear regarding document.actually there is domain for parent directory in document view defined in wiki_base_faq module.so you are not able to see that record in list view. so this bug was not reproducible in web also.
