Its working fine at my end I have checked with trunk as well as stable so
would you please try with latest updated code.Currently I am closing this issue

HR Leave encoding
Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):

Bug description:
When encoding a leave in the HR.
I select two dates (weird dates):
Start date: 14th of November
End date: 9th of November
--> Number of days: 5
These 5 days is not correct! It should, at least, mentioned -5 (which is
weird too!)
A verification mechanism should be implemented to avoid selecting an end date
that is earlier than the start date.
Another mechanism should be implemented to take into account the week-end!
