After discussion with various people overseeing addons or in charge of
calendaring things, project_caldav has actually been removed altogether,
effective from addons trunk revision 6471. Alternatively, the issue can
also be fixed by removing project_caldav's `form3` or by editing it to
add references to the missing `recurrency` and `recurrent_uid` fields in
the view.

Task form not showing project management module

Bug description:
The project management task form is not showing in the trunck 6.1 web.
Can anyone help with anything? when after creating a project and you
want to assign tasks to members you cant create a task because the
task form does not show form view for you to enter tasks details.
please help.
