Don't allow quick create on partner field in product form

Bug description:
In product form, Supplier note book, there is a o2m seller_ids
(object: product.supplierinfo). In this object, you can quickly create
a supplier. Dont allow it
make as in customer field in SO, always open the window to complete
address also.
