Import : ID/DB ID are not supported for One2Many,Fields do not
populate for Many2Many

Bug description:
When importing a csv file that containt a one2many field, you can set
a xmlid to the "subrecord" but it is not saved. As a side effect, a
new subrecord is created each time you import your file.
