Cannot connect to openerp-server on 11.10

Bug description:
A openerp-server on 11.10 cannot be connected to. I suspect something
with the new Postgreql 9 upgrade. Since 10.04 until 11.04 there have
been Postgresql 8.4 but for 11.10 there are Postgresql 9.
