Bug description:
IMHO if old and new constraint fields are identical these must not be
dropped (also for performance reasons)
dropped constraint 'mrp_production_name_uniq'. Reason: its definition
changed from 'unique (name, company_id)' to 'unique(name, company_id)'
there are many of them
