I have checked with updated code of 6.1 but I didn't face the same problem
which you have faced.
Would you please try one's again with updated and informed us still you have
faced the same problem.
Please provide revision number. Which revision number you did check ?

Occasionally when installing modules, after the installation instead
of getting a success message I get
