Multi company "create monthly periods" fails with company.id

Bug description:
I am using server 6.0.3 and webclient
1. Create new fiscal year for sub company (year creates find, has right
company.id in data base account_fiscalyear
2. go to accounting/configuration/financial accounting/periods/ selected
just created year
3. attempt to press "create montly periods" will get the following error:
Warning
The operation cannot be completed, probably due to the following: -
deletion: you may be trying to delete a record while other records still
reference it - creation/update: a mandatory field is not correctly set [object
with reference: company_id - company.id]
4. Same problem occurs with the "create 4 monthly period" button
I had to go in and manually add the periods via the sql data base.
