Could you provide a video recording of this bug happening, including showing the setup of your web client (port 8002) running separately or not, and which branch you are running. At this stage I can't think of any reason why certain version of our python dependencies would create this duplication effect. In any case we need to be able to reproduce this in a test environment in order to analyze and troubleshoot it.
