[6.1 - Web] Required Fields are not selected : name

Bug description:
I'm uisng v6.1 with OpenERP Web.
I export Product info into csv file and import it into another DB.
After select the csv file, under "Check your file format" where show
"Required Fields are not selected : name"
however, i confirmed the name field inside the csv file and can be seen on
the "Check your file format" section then as name_Template
