You have been subscribed to a public bug:
when you split a production lot, it doesn't return the new moves.
Instead, it returns an empty list.
1) Steps to reproduce the issue you have observed
attempt to split a move with a production lot using the split button
watch as spilt_in_production_lot doesn't return the new moves
2) The result you observed
new moves aren't returned
3) The result you expected
the new moves
4) The web browser and platform your are using
server: ubuntu 10.04
5) The OpenERP version you are using
server: 6.0.3, but this has been an issue since 6.0.1, and it looks like it
hasn't changed in 6.0.4 either
