Hello Nhomar, First I doesn't understood what you wanted to backported from 6.0 because as per your bug reported "Help on actions should be shown on form view."
Which is working correctly with trunk as well as 6.1 web . You can not see the help in from view of GTK, you can only seen this on web because web and GTK both have different architecture. If you wanted to seen the help then just go to Settings/Users/Users and check the "Menu tips" . In v6.0 this field is by default checked and in 6.1 we have improved the behaviour So If user want a help then user must have to check this field. I have attached a video for your more reference, So would you please check it and notify us where you faced the problem.
