Wouldn't it be a good idea to backport it to 6.0 ?

At least just this change in bin/addons/base/security/ir.model.access.csv
"access_ir_values_group_all","ir_values group_all","model_ir_values",,1,0,1,0
→
"access_ir_values_group_all","ir_values group_all","model_ir_values",,1,1,1,1

We had the bug and it prevents users from changing their default
value... :-/

Bug description:
  the user can not set default values even if the access control list allows 
read/create 
  to ir_values group_all
  "Error"
  You can not delete this document (ir.values) ! Be sure your user belongs to 
one of these groups: Administration / Access Rights.

  after allowing delete it works .. why - there was nothing to delete ?
